A 60-minute class that mixes bodyweight movements, weightlifting exercises, and cardio. The workout changes every day to get the most out of your training.

This is relative to each person. You push to the level you’re comfortable with that particular session.
Our coaching staff will encourage and support you, but you set the pace.
Functional Movement.
We prioritise movements that get results. Think squat, deadlift and pressing. Rowing, biking and running.
These movements give you the most bang for your buck.
