  • Am I fit enough to try this?

    Absolutely!

    Every workout is designed with multiple exercises and weights, with a specific BASE option for those on their 10 day trial.

    Our highly qualified coaches will show you the BASE option (written on the class whiteboard in blue) and are always on hand to guide you through your exercise selection.

  • I have an issue with my knee/shoulder/hip, can I still take part?

    Of course.

    Our coaching team is trained to provide options for everyone, no matter what the workout.

    We can substitute movements, reduce weights and even refer you to a trusted physiotherapist for further treatment.
  • How many times can I come during my 10-day trial?

    You can do up to 10 sessions during the trial period (One per day). We recommend listening to your body. If you feel tired from the previous session, try resting for another day.
